Meet Tessa

I specialize in Luxury Homes, Custom Builds, Condo Developments, New Construction, Investments & Rentals, First Time Home Buyers, and everything in between. Big or small, I sell it all! I have strong knowledge of the current market, how to navigate inspections & appraisals, negotiating the best possible terms for my clients, keeping clients up to date on their transaction, and having an open line of communication to ensure a smooth process. 

As the trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and personally. This perspective on the process and the responsibility felt towards my clients drives me to truly be an expert at the job. I understand the market, and all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction. I want to make sure you feel supported and that you have a trusted advisor by your side every step of the way.

As a seller, you want to effectively (and beautifully) market your home then negotiate to secure the highest possible price with the cleanest terms for the sale.

As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help to buy the right home for you, for the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table or lose sight of your goals.

I launched my career in 2016 after a lifelong obsession with Real Estate. Buying my first home at the ripe age of 21, I understand all the emotions and stresses that come along with Purchasing and Selling. My passion for real estate and building relationships with clients is evident with each transaction. I treat my clients with the utmost respect and integrity and won’t lose sight of their real estate goals. I love maintaining relationships long after people have settled into their homes. 

My secret, and the reason for the 5 star client reviews, is directness, transparency, stylish home staging and compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations, and the ability to keep people and deals on track — calmly and professionally. This ability is part natural instinct and part commitment to advanced, ongoing training and education. A lot of what agents do sound similar on paper. What varies (significantly) is how they do it and the resulting outcomes for their clients. 

My Family

When not selling Real Estate, you'll find me with my Family. I married my Husband, Colin in 2019. We have since then added to our Family, welcoming our son, Harrison in 2021 followed by our daughter, Hazel a whopping 13 months later. Then there is the glue that holds our family together, Duke, our one hundred pound Golden Retriever who has been nicknamed Dyson. We have our hands full, but wouldn't want it any other way. 
We are a BIG sports family as well, with myself and Colin both being former University athletes. When describing me the term "competitive" is often used which also translates well into my professional career.
